ABOUT YOGA WITH YAM
I’ve been instructing classes since 2018. I began just teaching fitness classes a few places in San Luis Obispo, California. After a few years, I felt my body needed more than just strength, I desired flexibility and balance. I found a combination of stretch, strength, and balance work to be the perfect recipe for a healthy mind and body. STRENGTHEN
Hustlin' to Gain Muscle
This class pushes you to dive deeper into your power. A focus on building muscle, with a special emphasis on proper technique helps refine your body. Yoga foundations combined with fitness exercises create the perfect union to make your body sweat and feel good.
